Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or used.

Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused with the original packaging Cladstel products within 2 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping fee.You’ll also need the receipt or Invoice.

ORDERED WRONG CANVAS PANEL SIZE

If you think you ordered a canvas panel that is the wrong size for your painting, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the package and we'll exchange it for the size you need.If the size you want to exchange with ,is smaller than the returning panel we will refund the extra amount and if the size you want has to be bigger than the return, we will send you the extra payment amount link.(+ the shipping charge for both ways). However, please note that refunds cannot be applied for this method. Our goal is to ensure you have a positive experience shopping with us and we are dedicated to resolving any issues you may have.

CUSTOM SIZE CANVAS PANELS

Please note that custom size canvas panels are specially made to order for you ,we cannot resell it to another customer. Hence unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom size made canvas panels .

We recommend you work on your painting composition before ordering a custom size canvas panel.

However, if there is a problem with the quality or craftsmanship of the panel, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.But this needs to be addressed on the same day of purchasing.

 

DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY

Our panels are inspected before they are packed with corner protectors and additional packaging material to withstand rough handling during transit. Until and unless someone with motive tries to break it ,which is a very unlikely event.But, If you received a defective or damaged item, (which in most case doesn't happen) please contact our customer service team immediately at the time of receiving and we will assist you in resolving the issue.Please note that the item must be unworn, unused with the original packaging .We will ask for photos of the damage or defect to help us understand the issue and provide a solution. We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

RETURNING PANELS BOUGHT FROM PHYSICAL FINE ART RETAIL STORES

Please note that ,returns are accepted only when purchases are made directly through our website and can only be returned through our online platform. Purchases made from other fine art retail shops or websites cannot be accepted for returns on our website, which is self explanatory.

When you buy from other fine art shops, you comply with their return policies, and we cannot accept responsibility for their policies.
